Sometimes it’s hard to switch back into work mode once you’ve had several days off (especially this time of year).  However, being successful means being able to turn it on and off as needed.   It’s important that you have a robust personal life full of family and friends.  It’s also equally essential that you have a job or vocation that you genuinely care about and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment at the end of the day.  These two goals shouldn’t be mutually exclusive, but instead part of an overall life plan.  A well-balanced happy life requires being fully in the moment of whatever you are doing and then doing the best you can.  It’s about quality not just quantity. As far as we know, we only have one life.  Make the most of it!  Be present!
