Practice discomfort: ask a junior person’s opinion in a senior forum; you’ll learn and they’ll grow, and the culture becomes more inclusive of good ideas. Rotate that invitation so many voices get practice being seen and heard. The result is better ideas and a stronger bench of leaders.
