It has been a pleasure working with Ed for the past several years. His experience and insights have helped me grow both professionally and personally. He pushes me out of my comfort zone and to reach for more professionally, and I appreciate that very much.

There was a session where my issue was used for the group to process. While discussing the issue and following the steps, it was quickly realized that the issue I brought up was only a symptom of a bigger internal issue. After the session, Ed and another team member stayed for another hour or so helping me to process the real issue and come up with a plan to address it. I will always appreciate the time, dedication and empathy he shared that day and ultimately it allowed me to make the changes I needed.
