Brian Stevenson is Vice President of Earlbeck Gases & Technologies, a welder-training and engineering company in Baltimore. Marking his first year in Vistage, he recalls being thrust into an aggressive promotion and feeling overwhelmed — until he fully embraced the group. He calls Vistage a “3D printer for success”: show up and give it everything, and you’ll achieve results. He credits much of his first-year success to Ed Robinson and his group.
