Chad Wilson is the Service & Inspections department manager at Wolf Fire Protection and has been in Vistage for just under two years. Having started his career as a tradesperson with little formal leadership guidance, he credits Vistage with teaching him how to deal with people better and giving him what he calls a world-class business education as he moved into management. His advice for other leaders: slow down, wait before you react, and understand the power in the pause — think before you speak or react.
