Dominic DiPietro is founder and CEO of ROI Construction and has been in Ed Robinson’s group for about two and a half years. When he joined, the company was doing roughly $7M in revenue; it’s now just shy of $30M — growth he says wouldn’t have held together the same way without a support group of owners who’d already been where he was, and the advice of a coach in Ed.
