Gautam Ijoor is co-founder and CEO of Alpha Omega Integration, a Vienna, Virginia firm that builds IT systems for the federal government and has grown to nearly $250M in annual revenue. In roughly six years in Vistage — with Ed Robinson as his fourth chair — he calls Ed one of the best coaches he’s had, crediting the group as a board of advisors that helped him focus on getting the right people on the bus (and the wrong ones off).
