Summary of Lindsay Klaff’s leadership interview
Lindsay Klaff is owner and CEO of LK Design, an interior-design firm, and has been in Ed Robinson’s group about four years. She describes a complicated but exciting journey in which Ed constantly challenged her — replacing an “I can’t” attitude with deeper questions that forced her to look within and grow. She says she never would have accomplished what she has in the last few years without the support of Ed and the group. Her tip for leaders: talk a little less, listen a lot more, and pause to ask the right questions.
