Summary of Mike O’Neal’s leadership interview
Mike O’Neal owns Chesapeake Glazing and has been in Vistage for four years. He says the group has been instrumental in growing his company and his confidence, and it continues to push him to think forward and find better ideas for where to take the business. His advice for anyone getting into business: first, have a passion for what you do, because then the work won’t feel like a burden; and second, find good mentors and be willing to be open and vulnerable with them, because the more open you are, the better the guidance you’ll get.
