It’s important to embrace change and be proactive about it. The political environment changes; markets change; customers change their needs and expectations; competition changes; technology changes; people change; etc. Change is a fact of life. If you don’t roll with the changes and do your best to navigate them to your benefit, you will be overtaken by them and left wondering what happened. Leaders who try to get the world to conform to a static view of reality only end up frustrated and left on the scrap heap of history.
